SHBY-40B/60B cement standard curing box
The SHBY-40B/60B standard cement curing box is designed and manufactured according to the national requirements for standard curing boxes for cement concrete and cement products. It is suitable for various cement product factories, construction units, highway and bridge engineering, as well as relevant scientific research and inspection departments to conduct standard curing tests on the strength and setting time of cement, concrete, and cement product samples.

1、 Introduction:
It is a patented product produced by Zhibo Lian Testing Instrument Company. It is a specialized equipment for laboratory testing of cement specimens at a static temperature of 20 ℃± 1 ℃ and water curing. It uses fully automatic control and electronic digital display to cool and heat the circulating water in the water tank, achieving the required water temperature. Structure and principle of SHBY-40B cement standard curing box
1. The box is composed of inner, middle, and outer layers. The inner liner is made of imported mirror stainless steel welded together. The outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, bent into shape. The middle layer is filled with high-quality insulation cotton. The shelves are made of aluminum alloy profiles, with a sturdy structure, beautiful appearance, and good corrosion resistance.
2. The temperature and humidity control is planned to use fully integrated circuit digital display, which has the advantages of high resolution, intuitive, convenient temperature adjustment, and high control accuracy.
3. The refrigeration system adopts a high-power compressor, a tube coil evaporator, and an exposed condenser to improve the refrigeration effect. A fan is used inside the box for cold and hot exchange, reducing the temperature difference and making the temperature more stable.
4. Electric heating tubes are used for heating, and high-power heating tubes can quickly raise the temperature inside the box to the set temperature, using the gas generated by heating as an auxiliary supplement for humidification.
5. The advanced ultrasonic humidifier is used for humidification, which has automatic temperature control for humidification and misting, ensuring that the humidity inside the box is ≤ 90%, which is superior to the widely used spraying and spraying method.
Working principle of SHBY-40B cement standard curing box
When the temperature and humidity inside the box are higher than the set temperature and humidity, the temperature controller controls the cooling and dehumidification system to work. When the temperature and humidity inside the box are lower than the set temperature and humidity, the temperature controller controls the heating and humidification system to work, repeatedly cycling to control the temperature and humidity within the set temperature and humidity range. To avoid frequent action of the temperature controller relay, the hysteresis potentiometer can be adjusted to make the relay action range change within 0 ℃ -1 ℃.
SHBY-40B Cement Standard Curing Box Instructions for Use
1. Place the instrument in a ventilated and dry environment, place it steadily, and check if the door switch is flexible.
2. Set all panel buttons to OFF.
3. Add water to the water tank until it reaches below the bottom shelf.
4. Insert the plug into a 220V socket with good grounding.
5. Adjust the temperature and humidity controller buttons to set the required values.
6. Press the power, cooling, heating, and humidification buttons in sequence, and the instrument will immediately enter the working state.
When a certain function needs to stop working, the corresponding button can be turned off.
Suggestion:When the temperature inside the box reaches the set temperature and the indoor temperature is also higher than the set temperature, only the cooling operation can be selected, and the heating function key can be turned off.
When the humidity inside the box is lower than the set temperature and the indoor temperature is also lower than the set temperature, only heating work can be selected to turn off the cooling function.
When the ambient temperature fluctuates around the set temperature, both cooling and heating should be selected to work simultaneously.
Reasonable use of equipment will greatly improve its service life.
SHBY-40B cement standard curing box precautions:
1. The maintenance box should be used in a ventilated, dry, flat, and non corrosive environment. During daily use, attention should be paid to maintaining the water level of the water tank and humidifier to ensure normal use.
2. After the maintenance box is in place, it needs to be stationary for 24 hours before it can be powered on. The voltage should not be lower than 160V or higher than 240V. Unstable voltage can burn out the control instrument, and a regulated power supply must be used.
3. The compressor should not be started frequently. If there is a power outage or stop during refrigeration work, it must be restarted after a 5-minute interval to avoid damaging the compressor.
4. The equipment must not be inverted to avoid mixing of compressor lubricating oil and refrigerant, which may damage the refrigeration unit.
5. Do not tilt at a 45 degree angle during transportation.
6. Perform insulation testing before work to avoid the risk of electrical leakage.
Common faults and troubleshooting methods of SHBY-40B cement standard curing box:
1. The instrument display is not working
(1) The power is not connected, check the fuse and plug.
(2) The power switch is broken, replace it with a new one.
(3) The instrument output line has come loose and the plug is not securely plugged in.
(4) The contactor is burnt out, replace it with a contactor of the same model.
2. Not cooling
(1) Is the given value of the temperature controller correct? If the temperature controller does not output a signal to set the given value or check the fuse of the temperature controller.
(2) The output signal contactor of the temperature controller is not working, replace the contactor.
(3) Refrigerant leakage.
(4) The compressor is not working. Connect the compressor directly to the power supply. If it still does not work, it means that the thermal relay or compressor is burnt out and must be replaced.
3. The whole machine is not heated
(1) The temperature controller and contactor are burnt out and need to be replaced.
(2) The heating tube is dehydrated and burned out. Replace it with an electric heating element of the same power.
4. If the humidity inside the box is lower than the given value, it will not humidify
(1) Check whether the given value is correct, and then turn the switch on the temperature controller to off to check whether there is spray. If there is no spray, the humidifier is faulty.
(2) When the digital display value is lower than the given value, whether the humidity control instrument light turns red. If it remains unchanged, the hysteresis value should be appropriately reduced. If it turns red but does not humidify, the humidifier should be checked.
(3) If the humidifier is not working properly, first check for scale and impurities on the transducer. The transducer must be kept clean, and then check if the water tank is out of water.
(4) If the temperature controller cannot output a signal, the instrument should be checked. If the temperature displays 01-10%, it is not an abnormal situation. Use a dry cloth to wipe off the water stains on the sensor probe, and it can display normally.
5. The magnetic adhesive strip is not tight. Use heating method to widen the magnetic adhesive strip (with a hair dryer)
6. The leakage of the container should be bonded with epoxy resin or welded with plastic.
SHBY-40B cement standard curing box humidifier maintenance
1. When not using the humidifier, please turn off the power switch and unplug the plug.
2. When the following situations occur, the humidifier must be cleaned:
An unpleasant odor appears; The fog is normal but cannot be sprayed out; Small or no fog.
3. How to clean a humidifier
1) When cleaning, first remove the screw cap of the humidifier and do not soak the humidifier in water.
